MARKET RISKS
Crypto prices can move sharply and trading can cause substantial losses.
Leverage magnifies gains and losses; margin positions may be liquidated
under Kraken's rules. Fees, financing costs, spreads, slippage and changes
in liquidity affect net results. Automated strategies can repeatedly lose
money, and simulations do not reproduce all live conditions. No profit or
protection against loss is guaranteed.

The customer bears ordinary market risk. Losses caused solely by market
movements or normal trading costs do not, by themselves, establish a
software defect or a breach by the provider. This statement does not cover
losses to which a software defect or another breach by the provider
contributed.

EXCHANGE AND EXECUTION RISKS
Trades are submitted to and executed by Kraken under its account terms
and systems. Orders may be delayed, partially filled, rejected or not
executed. TradePilot does not control exchange availability, market prices
or liquidity. Kraken's role does not remove responsibility for any separate
breach attributable to the software provider. Stop-loss, take-profit and
daily limits do not guarantee a maximum loss. Monitor your account and do
not use funds you cannot afford to lose.

SOFTWARE FAULTS AND LIABILITY
Software defects, incorrect data handling, faulty order processing or other
breaches by the provider are assessed separately from ordinary market
losses. Any claims depend on applicable law, the cause of the damage and
the circumstances of the individual case. Execution of an affected order
by Kraken does not automatically exclude such claims.

Nothing in these warnings excludes liability for intentional or grossly
negligent conduct, legally protected injury claims, or other liability that
cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights concerning defective
digital products, remedies and required updates remain unaffected. These
risk warnings are not a blanket waiver of claims for software faults.

DEVELOPMENT STATUS AND SECURITY
Version 0.1 is preview software. Live automation is disabled at first setup.
Futures live orders are not supported. Kraken eligibility and pair limits
determine the available margin leverage. Normal margin financing is part
of leveraged trading; the bot does not invoke separate borrowing products
or disable borrowing products account-wide.

Use separate, minimally privileged API keys and do not grant withdrawal
permissions. Enter Kraken credentials locally; never send secrets or
passwords to support. Stored credentials are encrypted using Windows
DPAPI for the Windows user and installation identifier. This cannot make
a compromised Windows session safe. The encrypted download and app
password are access measures, not tamper-proof copy protection.
